We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Final pricing is determined after an in-person inspection and written estimate approval.

Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates provided are approximations based on initial assessments. Final costs may vary once work begins if additional damage or complications are discovered. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with additional work.

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods and require payment upon completion unless other arrangements are made in writing.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with industry-standard warranties. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and subject to the manufacturer's terms.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by severe weather, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others after our work is completed.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We do our best to honor scheduled appointments. However, weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if changes are needed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations for work already in progress may be subject to fees for labor and materials already purchased.

Liability and Insurance

CRR Calexico Roofing carries appropriate liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We are not responsible for damage to property caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or acts of nature.

You are responsible for ensuring pets are secured and valuables are moved from work areas before we begin. We take care to protect your property but cannot be held liable for accidents involving unsecured items.
